HijackThis Log

I have no idea what post #15 is supposed to mean. You should have posted a link to whatever it is that you are referring to.

Before posting a HijackThis log (I told you this in a PM), you must first follow the steps here:

And run those programs indicated.

When done if still having a problem then you should post your log indicating your exact problem and what steps you have already tried.

To post a HijackThis log:
- download HijackThis: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html
- shutdown all applications especially Internet Explorer
- run HijackThis and click scan
- select the Save log button, this will bring up the complete log in a notepad file
- in the notepad window hit CTRL-A to select all of the notepad file contents.
- run Internet Explorer and get back here to your thread and click the reply button to enter a new message.
- in the mesage box, use CTRL-V to paste the file into your message.
