   KB893803 was related to Windows Installer and the $MSI31Uninstall_KB893803$ is typically what you would see as a folder in the C:\windows folder to uninstall this update and revert back to how the system was prior to the install. I'm not sure what you mean about the line in your HJT log. Give the full O20 line. Are you using HijackThis version 2?
