hijackthis report help pls

    hey guys Im a total idiot when it comes to removing spyware and such so my friend is trying to help me. he said i can get help here so here it is. i accidentally downloaded spyware(doh!) and its openning pop ups which are invisible but still play sound and i cant close em because there is no window. Its slowing my computer completly down and making it unbearable. any help is welcome and ty all for helping. heres my hijack this report

    I'm sorry but the instructions that I gave you did not ask for a HijackThis log. You need to follow the instructions that were given and attach only the logs we ask for.
