Hijackthis

    Hello, I recently used hijackthis to try to find and fix this file:
    C:\DOCUME~1\lassley\LOCALS~1\Temp\dc0a_appcompat.txt

    and I found a bunch of other files. Can someone please go through this and tell me what is safe to delete as well as if the file:
    C:\DOCUME~1\lassley\LOCALS~1\Temp\dc0a_appcompat.txt
    is anywhere in there. Much appreciated.

    Wrong tool for the job. Hijack this is used to fix malware infections (in particular browser hijacks) It does not do anything with files store on your HD other than delete locked files on reboot.

    I dont really get what you are trying to do?
