It is for advanced users, so if you do not understand how to use it, you do not need it....yet. Instead, please tell us in your post what symptoms you are experiencing so we can try and resolve it that way. When, and if, we ask you to post your logfile, please attach it as a file. To do this save the log file and select manage attachments in a new thread to upload it. All running programs should be closed, including your web browser, email, items in the tray, anything you can close... Close before running Hijack This!
NOTE:

Do not to install Hijack This to the Desktop, a temp folder or choose run from the download. Place it in its own folder, for example C:\Program Files\HJT

It is also not a good idea to run two different anti-virus at the same time.

Okay I am a newbie at all this stuff, but I believe I was ask to post the log file by someone from the site. Look in my post " Virus found Norton Missed-2, someone ask me to post it just not sure if it was one you webtechs. I don't know really who is who is here yet. And in the future I will do as you ask and submit any file as an attachment. Sorry hope it didn't make any problems. Can you move my post to the right local ? Forgive me for the trouble.
