hissing sounding while playing music

when I play music i hear a hissing sound that fades in and out. plz help.

 

anyone going to help?

 

This may sound dumb, but is the speaker partially unplugged from the audio jack? You get a hiss if the speaker is partially unplugged.

 

these speakers are all the way in, I have tried several speakers may need to get sound card or could it be software related?

 

The music that your listening to, Is The hissing on certain music files or cd's?
if it's just on certain files it just might be them.

 

Is it only coming from music? Games, movies do not make the sound? try reinstalling the sound driver.
