Hitachi Feature Tool

    I can not get feature tool to work. I do not have a floppy drive on my laptop (sony vaio) so I tried to download the program on another machine, extract it to a floppy and make a CD from the floppy but it doesn't work. Any ideas on how to get this program to work?
