Hitachi hard drives

does anyone have any experience with them...from the articles i have read they have lower seek time then maxtor,samsung, wester digital...

the drives are for a sata raid

I happen to like Maxtors have had good luck with them.
Western Digital offers 3yr warrenty on some.
I'm doing raid 0 setup using maxtor in couple days.
I read artical some where I saved it, can find at moment, but claimed maxtor sata's in raid 0 had overall performance edge over all others.
But ya cant believe everthing you read.

Maxtor Diamond Max 10 should be avaible next month, seen artical on them claimed to have some preformance gains, Hum!
