Please read what I posted in my edit of you post and follow the guidelines. And if we ask for HJT logs do not double space them and only post as an attachment.

I did not go thru your whole log (no time right now) but with regards to the line:

Also dllreg.exe is a virus. Did you run a full virus scan. You really need to do the steps in the 35407 link I gave you in my edit of your post.
