hmmm memory?

    is there a folder which contains all of my virtual memory?

    im running xp

    There isn't a folder as such there is a single file called a pagefile.sys .
    You won't be able to see it unless you turn off 'hiding of protected system files' and you probably have no need to see it.

    You can change its location or turn paging completly from Advanced section in System Properties.

    Goto Control Panel (classic view) -> System

    Click the 'Advanced' tab

    Click the 'Settings' button in the performance group box.

    Select the 'Advanced' tab in the resulting dialog. then click 'Change' in the 'Virtual Memory' dialog
