Hmmm this is different

I downloaded DVD Flick. I love this program it converts almost anything and burns to dvd and allows me to make chapters and so on. Great program.

However, I downloaded a movie and now it won't let me add it to even try to do anything to it. It tells me, this file maybe corrupted or is unsupported. Now I can play it in any program I have. Vlc, media player , you name it. Works fine.

So I decided to use prism to change it's format. Ok so now Flick recognizes the file, however it has no sound.

Wow I'm lost and been at this for two days now lol. I don't know what to do next. Any suggestions?
