Home Network Design Advise

Hi

I have recently moved into my house and unfortunately I did not plan sufficiently when it came to designing the house. I want to minimise the cabling effort and wireless has not worked well due to significant levels of interference, steel and size of house. Please understand that I am not a network expert by any stretch of the imagination so pls go easy in terms of explaining in simple term

Here is a list of some of my objectives in the design of the network:
- I would like to be able to view my security cameras in all of the TVs and PCs across the house
- I would like to have internet acccess for all the PCs in the house
- I would like to be able to play PS3 on all the TVs in the house

I have attached a very basic layout of the house and proposed network. Some details reqarding the equipment:
- Wireless routers will be the Cisco Linksys E4200
- Wireless adapters will be Linksys AE1000
- TVs are Samsung C5000 downstairs and C7000 in the bedrooms

The dotted lines represent proposed cabling.

I have the following questions:
- Could you please advise if a direct cable connection is required from TV in TV room to other TVs to view my security cameras. In the picture I have proposed an HDMI amplifier to take care of this but is this required if all the TVs are on the network (wired connection to broadband)
- Please indicate how I would be able to create a single LAN/ WAN. Would each of the devices (routers, TVs, PS3, etc) need to have separate IP addresses? Forgive my ignorance...
- Do I need HDMI cabling from my TV in main bedroom to TV in guest bedroom in order play PS3 in the guest bedroom?
- Could you pls advise regarding the best hub to use to support the Linksys E4200

Any advise regarding the proposed network design.
