Home network transfering ?

Hi i am looking to transfer files accross my network , cant for the life of me remember how to do this. Is there any programs i can use that are easy to use ? Currently transfering files using two msn messenger accounts :confused

If you can map Networked Drive and simply use Windows Explorer.
