    I have been dealing with this viruis forever. I have tried many downloads the virus just doesnt go away. I already have Spy Bot and Hijack This downloaded on my computer. Can anyone help me get rid of HSA? I also have a program related called Shoping Wizard.

    Start with this: http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=38772 . You will get better help in the Spyware Specific forum and do not post a Hijack This log until asked, it will be deleted. Be sure to read the stickys at the top of the forum, too.

    Follow the directions given first, then if you still have problems with the other one (shopping wizard), start a thread asking for help with it in the Spyware forum.
