Please help!! I have these two adwares taking over my computer. I've tried everything reliable that I've found on the internet. I run my virus scan and it always finds them but can't ever delete them. They're usually something like appcp.exe, qinuoy.dat, rurgr.dll, etc. I've gone to Symantec to get instructions on how to remove trojans, tried it in safe mode, but even that didn't help. The search assistent is still there. It interferes with google searches and keeps changing my home page preferences to res://qyalb.dll/index.html#96676. I also keep getting pop ups.

I also ran the Adware 6, Shredder, and finally HijackThis. I tried to follow the instructions on turning all programs off so I hope this is right. Here is my log. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.

It sounds like you've got the Only the Best popup problem a lot of others have had recently. The most recent update of Adaware fixed this problem for me. Have Adaware scan for updates, or download the most recent update yourself, and have that scan your computer. That should fix it.
