    well. in the third step of removing it... i can't find newwork security service!!!! i dont find it.. what do i do!! do i just run.. hs remove in safemode or what do i do next!!?/????????? help ????please

    This is a rather vague request for help. What step are you even talking about? Are you talking about the directions on the download link for HSremove? What is your OS? You either don't have an OS that would have NSS or it just did not exist. Either is possible and not a problem. Just continue.     is when u download the hs remove it has some intructions with it.. and i can't find nss... iam running windows xp. home edition
