I have Win7 64 Bit and FireFox.

For I would say acouple of Days now when I open FireFox my HomePage Opens.
And it is www.google.com but I have to Click in the Google Search Box to get the Blinking Curser.

I use to be able to just open FireFox and start Typing and it would go into the Google Sear Box.

So I make sure I have the Google Page open and then I go into Tools then HomwPage.
And click use Current.

And still does not Fix it.

 

Hi biferi. I strongly suggest leaving Google and use DuckDuckGo at https://start.duckduckgo.com/
because Google has proved itself to be an enemy of the USA and its Constitution as they seek to de-platform all patriots. Also, the cursor is placed in Duck's searchbox automatically like you want it.

 

Suggest you give SeaMonkey browser a try. Its default search engine is DuckDuckGo, and is strong on privacy. Has a few fans here I believe.
