Hope I am in right place

    I have tried everything I can think of Trying to get sound but when I say to show volume control it says not installed what am i doing wrong??? To dumb to fix I guess.

    something must have gotten messed up with your audio driver. do you know what sound card you have or what your computer/motherboard model # is?

    My sound card is a Creative Lab Soundblaster M/n ct4750 I am still trying to see which motherboard I have. It is an old Packard Bell that I am trying to fix for my grandson.
