Hosts File !

Whats this in my hosts file ( Highlighted ) is this something thats tried to hack into or redirect me or is it just my router ?
If it is something dodgy shall i get rid ?

Thanks very much Digitalocksmith, but i think i need a good clean out though as i've just tried to logon, and i'm admin pword protected and have just had to run Hirens to clear pword then reset to get into my PC, but thanks a lot anyway !
