Hotmail and MSN Login problems

I am addressing you with a problem which is microsoft related, but as they are not being supportive maybe you could guide me to the solution.

I have a hotmail account from 1998.
last week, coming back from Israel to China (where i currently live) i could not log in to my msn. since 2 of my friends hotmail accounts have been hacked, I thought that i am encountering the same problem and tried to change my password with no luck.
I tried to reset my password but i need another msn ID name which i dont have.
I dont remember my secret question as it is from ages ago.
I applied for "account validation/password recovery process" and got the answer that I "have not passed our validation criteria"....
they said that for privacy reasons they cannot say why...

What can I do now? there must be a way to solve it, being the owner of this account for 12 years...

I am depended on this account for work and personal use and therefore need to remain with the same user ID.

Yes, I am using both my laptop and mobile to login msn in israel and then in China
(Let me specify that was only away for 3 weeks, i have been spending my last 5 years living in China)
when doing the recovery the timezone was set back to china time.
I am travelling from time to time to many different places and no significant problems.

I tried different PC, but not in Israel since I am in China now. i am afraid it will make a mess as I am contacting them for help from China.

2 - Country: Israel (Currently living in China)
3 - The secret answer to your question: i dont remember
4 - Your Internet service provider: I have different ones at home and in the office, and I logged in the past months from many places...
5 - The last date and time that you successfully signed in - I am not sure, i can check and i am using Nimbuzz sw from my mobile, does it count?

a - The names of any folders that you created in addition to the default folders:
b - Names of contacts in your Hotmail address book:
can i find it locally on my pc?
7 - Subjects of any old mail that is in your Hotmail Inbox or mail folders: how long back?
8 - Names of contacts on your Messenger contact list: all of them? are they stored locally? i have the history chats with something like 50 contacts, but some appear with thei nicknames and some with their email
9 - Your Messenger nickname (display name): some people told me i am shown as Ishay, and some ishays@hotmail.com
10 - Any additional info that might be useful in validating the ownership of the account:
