hotmail blocked

I am blocked out of my hotmail account. The last known alternate email account they have for me is one that was cancelled because it was with aol about 6 yrs ago. This is where they said they emailed the code I need to access my hotmail account. Please help, I'm totally stuck. I can't get any help from windows live because I can't log in to get it since I am blocked. Anybody have any suggestions how I can get through to some live help or have any idea how I can resolve this issue? I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.:wave

thank you but I've already been there several times and get nowhere because I cannot sign in at all and I don't have a mobile phone that they can send a verification code to. How can I tell them the email address that they said they sent a verification code to was cancelled years ago? I have a current email with cogeco but there is no way for me to let them know that....I'm getting very frustrated...I do appreciate your help but like I said, if I can't sign in, I get nowhere
