    Hi There..
Im not even sure where to start here..a few days ago I opened msn messenger to access my hotmail., I rec'd the error message 'this page cannot be displayed'
When I tried later to access email I rec'd same message., I tried going to msn.com to get mail and same error., I also tried to access from 2 other computers with no luck. My son has an account on my computer and he was able to access his hotmail with no probs. I got a new browser., mozilla firefox and tried yet again ., I got a error message asking for a certificate for 'CB1. msn' but mozilla warned that it wasnt a valid one..ok so at this point Im really confused on what to do and would appreciate any help. btw., my hotmail is the only site Im getting dns error

    thx kindly.,
    janice

If you cannot access it from any computer, I would say this is not a malware problem but rather a problem with your account. Did it expire from lack of use? Is it a paid or free account? This question really belongs in the Software Forum and I'm going to move it there.

Hi and Thx for your reply.,
I wasnt sure where to post my prob and I appreciate you fixing that....
I use my Hotmail account every day so I dont think it was closed b/c of inactivity and I use a free account..interestingly enough., my sons account on my computer was temporarily deactivated until we went in to see if his hotmail was working(it was) on my computer and we activated it. Do you think maybe that could be prob?
    Thx again
    Janice

    Hi There..
Just wanted to let you know that the hotmail issue has been resolved., MSN was kind enough to let me know that the prob was with one of their servers.. after suggesting several times that this prob originated in my computer
Im appreciative of the techs here and the support you provide..Thx

    Janice
