Hotmail problem 7/20/11

For weeks have not been able to open messages, delete, or use any other function for this program. Have Searched the web, ran malware etc. still no reaction. May I please get some help on this, Thank you

 

What "program"? Many Hotmail users access their email via a web browser, so the browser would be the "program". Does this apply to you, or are you using an email client (Outlook, Windows Live Mail, etc.)?

 

outlook working fine, msn hotmail however is not working, and I also have Windows live

 

So, you can access it these 3 ways and none of them work. Is that right? BTW, I don't know about msn hotmail.

What about accessing your Hotmail account via web browser? Can you view messages that way?

 

google main browser, however for windows live it's bing, have tried both, no luck. Seems like something is turned off, heard they updated and it is not working correctly - DAH

 

Google and Bing are not web browsers. They are search engines, websites with huge databases of online resources. You can use any web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Safari, etc.) to use Google or Bing.

So, again, "What about accessing your Hotmail account via web browser? Can you view messages that way?" Have you ever accessed Hotmail via web browser? Do you know how?

 

I use Internet Explorer, yes Sir have tried from there also have tried every avenue I know how to use
