Hotsearchbar.com

I somehow got this seach bar installed on my computer and i cant figure out how to get rid of it. I've done everything that I can think of which basically means running the virus scan's and going to add/remove programs but none of that comes up with anything. I've also been to hotsearchbar.com looking for an uninstall agent but it seems that the website is no longer up. If someone knows how to take care of this and would like to share I'd really appreciate it. thanks for your time.
