   Recently upgraded to a 4G LTE hotspot. The difference was worth it! But I have curious finding. Using the hotspot in 8.1 and then using it in Vista I get almost the same performance when checked with speedtest. I was thinking for some reason that the newer os would be faster. This is with using the same usb wifi adapter. Why do they run so close?
