how can i capture an image from a flash object

in othe rwords how do i take a picture of a flash object without pressing the print screen button i want it to be a full image without having to crop it afterwards

 

If you have VLC player <Shift key> and <S> will give you a snapshot. + and - will slow the video down to make snapshot easier.

 

thanks but i'm talking about just a flash object like a generated image from a site that can't be downloaded but i'll just try pressing the print screen (i was saying it's not a video that i'm trying to capture images from)

I thought I posted earlier...if you right-click and try to save it is the file an animated GIF?

Oh, I wanted to make sure it was a flash item and not an animated gif, sometimes they look the same. I see that it says it can't be downloaded. I thought maybe FF addon download helper might work but I see that it won't work on a true flash item.
