Another question do you think this is a RAM issue if my laptop runs slow and freezes sometimes and boots up and down slow. The power light doesn't turn off right away, and my games are laggy or freeze. Sometimes I have my laptop parts inside upgraded, and I have contacted the technical people, and they told me they cant upgrade the parts no more or can't work on it anymore, but the person told me they could recheck it for me?

You can always check your task manager to see your ram usage and also check what your startup programs are running as it could be one of those could be the culprit of slowing your computer down. 8GB is the bare minimum when it comes to games nowadays 16GB is now the standard ram size. Also, if you are gaming on your laptop, I would also check your temperatures to make sure it's not running to hot.

If the parts can no longer be upgraded, I'm guessing the computer is older. (2017 is the date for the graphics chip) The hard drive can be getting old.
The video chip is for light gaming

Depending n what games you play, you could be stressing the hardware in terms of heat. Over time, this causes issues with all the hardware.
Have you cleaned out the laptop so it is free of dust?

Instead of installing Windows 11, you should have probably stuck to Windows 10. The drivers that came with the computer were for the hardware inside.

A lot of 'house keeping' goes on when you boot a PC up. One thing you can do is boot the laptop up a while before you plan on using it, so it can get updates and does its virus scans, so it may be 'idle' when you're ready to play. Also check the manufacture for the current driver updates.
