How Can I Compress A Movie into 14MB Rar File?

I Found into DC++ a 14MB .rar file.When i uncompressed it,it was a 700MB .avi movie.How can i make this?I 've tried to compress a 700MB DivX movie with Winrar but I got a 650MB compressed file.
Is it a new method?A plug in?Or a new capture program with good compression ability?

 

you have unrar many 14.4 megs i suspect around 35 files when it uncompressed it give you 700 megs if you download only one you do not have the holes files you are missing alots.....

Does the movie play? It sounds like part of a RAR archive.

 

When you unrar it it will allocate the storage space needed for the entire file - even if all the data isn't present. So if the file is 700MB big then it'll show up as 700MB, when only 20MB is actually present. It'll have other chunks which relate to the master archive, usually with names like this : archive.r01, archive.r02, archive.r03 ... and so on.

It might be prudent to remind you now that discussing obtaining copyright infringing material is not permitted on this message board. It's ok to ask about WinRAR archives though
