I want to use a platform running locally on my own (Windows-based) PC, so a web-based platform doesn't steal my content. (OpenAI, for example, say they have a right to any content created on their free web-based ChatGPT platform.)

Plus, I hate subscriptions. I want to buy something, not rent it.

I'm looking for higher quality information than I've been finding online. The problem is coming up enough, and high enough quality, information to actually implement such a project. Since you don't seem to see it that way, try implementing this project yourself and then tell me how easy the information was to find.
