Well, I have taken on a school project about video game genres and their history (kewl!). The tough part is that there has to be some statistics inside and I thought to make the survey through the web. I think (yeah think) that I know how to make the HTML layout (checkboxes, buttons and stuff) but I have no idea on how to collect the results. I mean, supposing that I find some space on-line to host the files, how can the results from each form be saved somewhere? Is it waaaaay to complicated? Should I just do it on the street, pen&paper?

    Any help appreciated guys :)

Well you would need some web space and a backend like MySQL or MSSQL. You will also need to find some sort fo script out there that does polls

Here is a whole list of poll and voting scripts

Most things like this are pretty easy and come with step by step guides to set them up. Some php or a web language background can make it a bit easier if you run into issues
