how can i make fun of x-box?

because my best friend loves x-box and i love ps2. he always makes fun of ps2 so how can i make fun of x-box? he just says that ps2 is gay.... so i need some type of way to get back at him?

Since that technically doesn't make any sense, you can disregard that. PS2 does not suck. We have discussed this lots of times before. The only thing X-Box has is a game where you shoot little pink things with tails at oversized house flies that have sheilds.

 

Xbox IS actually better... Better graphics. and it doesnt have that problem that most PS2 users experience... Ya know... When your PS2 craps out just days after your warranty has expired... yup... Xbox is better!

 

ps2 has all of the good games xbox has halo2

I agree with you, The ps2 was the first system with gta san andreas (a great game).

 

Both suck in my opinion . PC's own them in every way hands down.

wat you mean pcs have bad controls? they have the best controls!!! I would just say that xbox is made by microsoft.. that just about means that it sucks! although i do like playing halo 2 on my friends xbox...

 

Funny how one person thinks all games except Halo suck on Xbox, and how another thinks PS2 sucks because it has QA problems. I especially love how people state it as fact.

For the record, I still have my launch day PS2, running good as ever. I'm on my second Xbox, because shortly after the warranty expired, the DVD drive died. I hate Halo, and Halo 2, and aside from the Final Fantasy series, I think PS2 games suck. As for controls, I give it to PCs because shooters suck on consoles, and my logitech gamepad is as good as any other.

What does this all mean vs. what you guys are saying?

Not squat.

Both systems are great in their own right, and appeal to different people. That doesnt make them suck.

I'd move to consoles myself, but first they need to have a keyboard and mouse hook-ups. My BIG hands can't handle the TINY controllers. Even the xbox controller is to small.

Which is a reason I don't work on laptops at work. Due to those tiny screws they have.


Now the only controller that I do enjoy are joysticks for flight simulators. But, they have to be the big ones like:

And I play all my games @ 1600x1200 8xAF and when possible 4xAA or higher. So crap granulated textures caused by low resolution textures in combination with low resolution televisions, is not acceptable to me.

PCs beat both HANDS DOWN... Better graphics, better games, better everything (except prices) and you dont have the smack your hand against it to get the disk to read (stupid ps2) or restart your Xbox because it froze (dumb Xbox)

I have both... I still have my working PS2 and Xbox.... Although i favor Xbox more... Go figure.

Anyways, I love my PS2 controller to USB 2.0 converter... I LOVE PLAYING DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION ON MY PC WITH THE SVIDEO CABLE HOOKED TO MY BIGSCREEN!

Anyways, Halo 2 seemed too rushed... I like Halos perfectness.... (if thats a word) Both PS2 and Xbox have their flaws, Some people would rather have PS2 because thats all they have, others like Xbox better because thats all they have... I have a PC, Xbox, PS2 and i like PC and Xbox best... I hate Microsoft though.

I'm on the second form of the Chapter 15 boss. I can't seem to beat him. Can't wait till Chapter 16, when I face the final boss without any fricking elixirs....

I can only hope there is a shop before I face him.

 

This is a long debate that has gone on before, and it will happen between the PS3 and the 360 I can guarantee it.

You have to look at the qualities of both, and I'm afraid to say, they're both very similar, both the current ones and the new ones that are due to be released!

I won't give you anything about xbox's though because I like mine

 

PC will always be superior to a console, even if they do evolve into "entertainment centers", simply because the pc has always been a step ahead. They produce better quality sound, grahpics, and are entertainement rich. Your able to do a million things with em that simply you CAN'T on a console. Random arguements that i've read like "grahpical glithes" or " console X has the best games" are all crap and unfounded, since technical problems come from a)the software itself or b)hardware problems, as too "best games" thats all speculative since they are all relative.

 

Who cares about graphics between the two it's all pretty much about content, Gaming experience, and 3rd party support.

PS2 w0nns XBOX, Not only on a marketing standpoint, But the games are 10x better with more and better content, Not to mention XBOX and the Controllers are big and well downright poorly configured.

I'm not a person that is brought to a system or game for graphics and just to point out a game that is successfull without good graphics would be GTA Series as long as you have content an a storyline that doesn't suck a nice plot etc... The game is a hit.


But I think I can safely say that PS3 is going to bury the 360 come Spring 2006. So they can start digging cause they're gonna need a big hole.

 

From a marketting standpoint only (IMO) because of backwards compatibility, making the game list absolutely gargantuan. The rest of what you said...all opinion.

When using this adaptor, do all of the PS2s buttons still retain their analog control when playin PC games? I've been wondering this for a while and has kept me from buying it so far because everywhere I read about them fail to mention this.

PS2 is awesome, the XBOX is just awesome-er so I can't really help you there, the only console anyone should make fun of is the gamecube, because it is purple. And halo is the best FPS ever made. as far as duribilitah, my friend dropped his XBOX form 4 feet and it still works, my mom picked it up and jerked it from it's cords because she was mad at me, still works fine, I have had my PS2 for 2 years, and it still works, so you can't say the XBOX is fragile, the only "fragile" game console is my PSP, you can scratch it just by putting it in it's soft case that it came with!!! but the PSP is awesome.

 

grrr, why can't I edit after 5 minutes, I was going to add that PCs are great too, also, if your hands are too small, they make the controller S and if that is still to big, some 3rd party companies make mini XBOX controllers.
