How can I make work more fufilling/challenging

    Hey guys,

    Lately I've been uninspired at work. I mean I feel like i have to offer, I can offer great strategies and input but I always seem to get shot down in meetings.

    I saw this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tC1u6ctHXUw and I feel like I fit every category.

    I really love the place I work in, it offers so many opportunities to be grow I just feel like it isnt happening right now....

    what do you suppose I should do without stepping on peoples toes? I want to make it work.
