How can I record on screen video ?

    Hi,

    I am attending some live online video seminars and I was wondering what is the easiest way to record it ?

    It is presented using Adobe Acrobat Connect Professional.

    I am not computer expert. I don’t mind buying any software if needed.

    I have

    P4 D 3.0 GHz,
    2.0 GB DDR RAM
    250 GB HDD
    Win XP Pro.
    ATI Radeon 256 MB Dual Monitor Video Card

    I don't know much about that doing that myself but here is link to a program that may help you out. Cam Studio captures your computers audio and video activity. (Just might be what you need.)
