How Can I Restore Control Panel. Using Windows 8.1

    Lost the above cannot find out how toe restore it.

    I don't have access to a 8.1 system atm but from memory I think all you need to do is start typing control panel anywhere on the desktop. Once you have found it you might want to put a shortcut on the desktop.

    You can make a shortcut via right click create a shortcut and for the path type:
    explorer.exe shell:ControlPanelFolder
    Shell commands also work in Run > Hit Windows key + R and type
    shell:ControlPanelFolder

    You could also be more specific as to where it was ...
