How can i send a message to my isp through my computer.

I know the scripting for creating message dialogue box.

All i want to know is the procedure for sending the message to the server computer so that he sees the dialogue box (the message) in his computer.

    Thanks......................................

Well, if you mean actual ISP, you don't. If you ever managed to do that with a real ISP they'd most likely be extremly pissed that you broke through the security of their network.

If you just mean a server in your domain or something like that the command is simply "net send address message". For example if a server is called server 1 and you want to make a dialog pop up saying hi you'd type "net send server1 hi". Instead of using a computer name you can also use an IP if you wish.

Although it's worth noting that the net send function is disabled in virtually all setups now. Very few people leave it running.

    Ok thanks for the reply.

I am not meaning my actual ISP but pointing towards the cable operator
who is providing me the connection ( and i hope that is the DNS address)
