   Hi,
   
   I'm dealing with Windows 10 here, and would like to know how to get to the screen/Window/box that allows adjustment of the "Dell" start-up screen (used to be 0 to 199 seconds - I think?)..

   When you see the Dell logo, Windows is loading in the background.

   I assume you want to get to your desktop faster. To do that, you need to go into msconfig and click on the startup tab. See if there is anything there that can be unchecked/unticked to get a faster boot time.
