WINDOWS 7, 8, or 10 are all the same. It needs an Android Emulator app installed on the laptop such as Bluestacks.

    Excuse me, he asked about
I found a client to install Android not run apps from inside Windows. That's why I asked for further information from the Original Poster.
I am not dealing with emulators.

I think it is obvious there is a language issue here.
You cannot 'convert Windows to Android'.
You can run Android apps on a Windows system. That is a very different thing.
    That requires an emulator.

The alternative is to actually install Android OS on a Laptop. But reading the OPs full post "he wanna used some android application in your mini laptop" the initial answer is an emulator.
We have no idea if the device in question has the space or capability to do otherwise, and it's best to wait for this person to reply in better detail.

The person with that system has a CHOICE:

    1. Install an Android Emulator app to run Android applications on that Windows system, and I already gave you a link to do that:
    http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/how-to/google-android/how-run-android-on-pc-computer-apps-3504642/

    OR

    2. That person INSTALLS the Android Operating System on that laptop
There are many guides to that, so that person should google 'How to install Android OS on Windows 7'

That's not dual booting. It specifically states it's for users who don't want to dual boot but swap between Windows and Android in use. That's one reason it needs a system with higher RAM.
It's not free, and RAM would be a problem on that HP mini as it only came, originally, with 1gb, can't take more than 2gb, and would need 3gb for Amiduos to work smoothly.

That HP mini, though very old, is certainly a nifty little system and a standard emulator seems to fit to its specs better.

I don't think the Intel graphics in that netbook will run either Duostacks or Bluestacks, it only supports OpenGL 1.5 in Windows as far as I can see, Duo requires 3.0, blue needs 2.0.

I wish I would have bookmarked the site but sadly I didn't. There was information about running from a USB stick.
I thought, I'll come back to this, grab some sticks and try it. Life interfered, I didn't save the site and now can't find it.

If I get lucky and stumble across it again, I will post. I always like to test something live. I'm not willing to sacrifice any of the 8 working computers in the house to test something.

I read through everything and watched the videos. AMIDuOS is an emulator anyways like AndyOS or one of the others mirrored here at MG's.

The live Android stick has a better chance of working with an older netbook, Linux graphics can use OpenCL 2.0 with the N450.
