Good morning, I'm running XP Home SP3 and Outlook 2003 with Comcast as my ISP. Hope this is the correct forum.

99% of all the spam I receive comes from addresses such as these:
    ADT [offer@SLOPTION.INFO]
    Pimsleur Language System [noreply@kidonzel.info]
    Gevalia [noreply@kiluciferous.info]

While it goes into the spam folder in Outlook, I have been unable to block any of it at the ISP level. I've added filters such as anything from .INFO, or anything from "offer@" or "noreply@" but this has not been 100%.

Is there a way to filter these without having to enter the entire From string from each and every e-mail? Isn't there a wild card that will work? I've read that there are 5.2 million registered domains at .info.

    Hi

Usually the asterisk (*) is a wildcard. Have you tried *.info, offer@*, etc.? Also, is it selectable whether it filters out ONLY the search string, or anything that INCLUDES the search string? For example, if it filters ONLY the search string, it will ONLY block things from .info, not from offer@offer.info. However, if it's all inclusive, it will block anything CONTAINING .info.

    Best of luck.
