HOw do I change default download folder?

    In windows 8.1? Ok, actually I meant it always wants to take things from Onedrive. Like when i want to convert a file on a conversion website & hit browse, it always opens with OneDrive.

    OK. Say I am on online-convert.com to convert an m4a to mp3. I need to find the file that I want to convert, so I hit their "browse (files)" button.
    When the browse box comes up, it always has OneDrive selected, so I have to click on"This PC" & then "Documents". I don't keep anything in onedrive. So is there a way to change some setting where it will come up in "Documents" instead of "OneDrive"?
