How do I change global shortuct keys?

    I created a shortcut for once of my ATI catalyst software profiles. I put the profiles on my desktop, and manually created shorcuts. The shortcuts disappared. I created them again, but some how, I created a shortcut for the #2 on my number keypad, so every time I type a 2 my screen resolution changes. This is very annoying:crybaby. How do I fix this?

    The problem resolved itself when I restarted my pc.
