How Do I Connect A Wireless Xbox One Controller To Windows 10?

I have been using an Xbox 360 wireless controller for several years now, on my Windows 10 PC, and use a Wireless Receiver as shown below.

I have just bought an Xbox One wireless controller, and the wireless receiver I was using is not picking it up. I have no idea how to fix this. It picks up my Xbox 360 controller fine, but no luck with the Xbox One controller. For now I have been forced to use the controller wired, via a usb cable, but I don't want to have to do this constantly as I prefer not having cables lying around, which was the reason I bought the wireless controller in the first place.

If anybody could help me out with this I'd really appreciate it.

    Thanks.

Funny thing with the dongle. It's plug and play, but the controller is not. To speed things up, plug in your controller with the USB/charge cable for a speedier driver install.

    Have fun...
