How Do I Contribute A File By Uploading?

I have two template files, which I would like to share for free.
Both are quarter card templates, one for Microsoft Word 2003 and beyond, the other is for LibreOffice Writer.
They allow you to create Christmas Cards as a default, but you can turn them into any card type by replacing the images included and the text.
I have not found a site that makes it easy to upload them, including Microsoft and Libreoffice.
They can be printed out as documents on any A4 Colour printer.

Can I put them up here?
I have seen plenty of sites where you can create them online, but not in a simple downloadable format that you can alter yourself.

I cannot upload the files due to an extension ban.
