I have image files saved on the Adobe Acrobat reader clipboard. I cannot figure out how to convert them to bitmap, gif, jpeg or anything that I can work with. Can anyone help?

If you have copied them to the clipboard, just open up MS Paint and choose Edit > Paste

or use your favorite paint app to do similar, works with Photoshop CS2 as I just tried it out as well as MS Paint.

then use Save As to save in whichever format you need.
