How do i detect and remove pc pandora

My new girlfriend thinks her ex has loaded pc pandora on her work/personal computer. how do i detect it and can I block or remove it?

This software is used to help parents keep their children safe on the internet and is also advertised as helping spouses/loved ones look into personal information. Which I disagree with totally. It is also used by businesses to keep track of what their employees are up to.
If it is her work computer it seems like she could be at risk of compromising confidential information at his doing. She should tell her employer. If self employed then her confidentiality to clients (if any) is a concern. i.e. credit card/bank, home addresses etc.
