   ive update my site with dreamweaver, when i go online to check it , its all the old stuff, i cant see the new changes. tryed on exploer and fire fox.
   cleaned cookies and temp files reset settings but nope....still reading cache files....

   Some web servers I've noticed "lag" on showing changes.
   
   A "refresh" as you say would be to delete the site from the webserver and re-upload it.
   
   That would be my guess anyway.
