How Do I Enter My Bios?

    How do I get in to my bios? I think when I updated the bios yesterday, it somehow screwed up the graphics on website radar pages. My desktop is a Dell Inspiron 3252. I've tried tapping F2 and F12 repeatedly when the Dell logo shows up, which are what most websites advise, but can't seem to get in to the bios area for some reason.
