How do I explain this one to my boyfriend?

Someone please help. I opened an email from a friend that had a porn attachment. Since I opened the email, I have been notified by my system that I have malware w32.ann... (I don't know the entire attachment extension) and SpyAxe continually seems to be installing itself to my computer. It says that it is high risk and that my computer is being monitored by someone. When I click on the window that pops up at the lower right corner of my screen that indicates my system has been infected, it directs me to SpyAxe's solicitation site. Please help. I have run AdWare and AVG and nothing helps. I don't want to have to explain to my boyfriend that I crashed the computer checking porn!

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
