how do I get Bing?

I am trying to get Bing as one of my search engines. I tried downloading it from the Bing site but nothing happened. I then went to the Mozilla download site and it was offered there and I have tried to download it from that site many times and the download never is successful. I looked on this site but did not find it in the download section. Can anyone tell me how I can successfully download it?

Did you try to download from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/bing/, or where?

How about just putting a link to http://www.bing.com/ on your Bookmarks toolbar?

I tried to download from both locations, that is, from Bing also. Yes, you can bookmark from Bing, but you still end up having to go back there all the time, and since much of what I do is information research, I need something quicker and less burdensome. Thanks.

Hi,
In your browser go to tools> manage add-ons> search providers> at the bottom of the page click the option > find more search providers> this will bring up a page and Bing is one of the top ones for you to select.Click on Bing then add, this should add it to your search providers in your browser, then you can select this to be your default search engine.

Bing isn't on the provider list and I can't get it on. Tried that long time ago and it didn't work, don't remember quite why, but tried over and over. Thanks anyway. You'd think it would work, but it didn't on my machine.

Might give the Fx Add-on Add to Search Bar a try. It's worked very well for me.
