How do I get rid of AdDestroyer?

A few days ago I was trying to send someone an e-card. A window opened saying "Do you want to install Flash 5.0 (or something like that). Foolishly I pressed Yes.
Within minutes Virtual Bouncer and AdDestroyer were on my Pc. I have managed to get rid of Virtual Bouncer but not AdDestroyer. Every time I try to uninstall it it says "Cannot open INSTALL.LOG:file. Also something called TvMedia keeps appearing on my program list even after I remove it. This is doing my head in. Each time I try to get on the net I have to go through MSN Messenger because if I open Internet Explorer I keep getting porn ads and the usual rubbish and I can't access ny home page. PLEASE HELP SOMEBODY.

Forgot to mention that I know just a bout zilch regarding PC's so if anyone replies could they please keep it simple if possible.

Hi guys, can anybody please tell me how to get rid of virtual bouncer. It keeps on installing it's self every time I turn on my PC.

Ad Aware 6.0 available in the Spyware Tools section of this site removes virtual bouncer.
