How do I get rid of the CmTray.exe popup?

Every time I restart my computer I encounter the CmTray.exe popup. From what I've seen on the internet everybody agrees it's some kind of malware. In fact right now I'm using my Malware anti bytes to try and find and kill it. If that doesn't work though how else can I put an end to CmTray.exe ?

 

Yes I do use a Magellan GPS unit. I understand that somehow this is attached to Magellan's content manager. But I've been using Magellan GPS for a long time now, and all of the sudden CmTray.exe started popping up this week.
